We had an amazing stay at Joscelyn’s listing, it was centrally located to everything we were interested in doing. A walkable distance to Publix where we were able to get a few things for our stay.

Joscelyn is a very attentive host! The place is very nice and tastefully decorated. My only complaint is the parking situation-if you are returning to the location any time between around 10:00am and 3:00pm Monday-Thursday you may have a hard time finding an open spot due to the shared lot with the dental facility. This was a bit frustrating but Joscelyn did have alternatives to offer.

Great experience! Perfect location, photos and description were accurate, and the host was very kind and responsive. I can’t complain, and would definitely come back for a quick stay in Atlanta. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Jocelyn’s place in Poncey-Highland and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located — walkable to everything I needed. Jocelyn was incredibly attentive throughout my stay. She struck that rare balance of being fully professional while still keeping a warm, personal connection that made me feel genuinely looked after. Any time I needed something, she was on it. I also want to shout out the cleaning staff — they were fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and clearly take pride in what they do. They kept the place in great shape and were a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend this spot. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Joscelyn was a fantastic and attentive host! Her place was clean, and she was organized with her instructions and made the check in and out process easy. It’s a short distance from Ponce City market. Definitely recommend and would come back again to this Airbnb. Thank you so much the warm hospitality!

Joscelyn was a very great host besides the wonderful unit. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! She was VERY understanding and helpful. I was even able to book last minute, and able to check out late! Thank you so much will be booking this unit again when I come back!

This place is a gem! Cozy and just awesome. Location in great, you can walk around and find restaurants and stores. The communication is great. Check in and check out process very smoothly. We would love to book here again

We stayed here while I had to attend a conference and we had a great time. The location was close to ponce market, so its easily walkable. Had on site parking which was very helpful. The place has everything you will need during your stay and very easy to find. The location is safe and its gated apartments. The host was very responsive and transparent communication.
